Permanent jewelry is a clasp less piece of jewelry that is welded to create a seamless look. It can be applied to many areas of the body such as the neck, wrist, ankle, or waist.
Jewelry is applied through the process of welding. The quick spark of the machine indicates that the metals have been welded together and diminishes the need for a clasp. The welder will not interact with anything other than metal. It is a completely safe and painless process!
Your jewelry may last up to several years with proper maintenance and at home care. The metals we used are all 14k gold, sterling silver, or stainless steel! None of these materials will tarnish or cause discoloration to the skin.
You must be at least 14 years old to receive this service. If you are under the age of 18, we ask a parent or legal guardian be present and require they fill out the consent form on your behalf.
A client of ours very recently had an MRI at Riverbend Hospital and she was not required to remove her permanent bracelet from Queen Bee. Permanent jewelry is completely TSA safe. You do not need to remove jewelry prior to travel.
If you do need your jewelry removed for any reason, we are more than happy to safely remove this for you and do so in a way that the chain or charm can be attached at a later date. Instances in which jewelry may need to be removed include medical procedures such as surgery or imaging, or if advised by a medical professional for any reason. You can cut the chain with scissors yourself at any time if needed, although it may damage the jewelry and prevent it from being reused.
